The Dashboard is a key feature of the CRM platform, designed to provide users with an at-a-glance view of critical metrics and quick access to essential functions.

Positioned in the navigation bar, the Dashboard enhances productivity and decision-making by organizing information into intuitive, static widgets and offering customizable timeframes.

Components of the Dashboard

Static Widgets

  1. New Apps : Displays the total number of new applications received.

  2. Credit: Shows credit-related metrics, such as pending approvals or available credit limits.

  3. Submitted: Lists applications that have been submitted.

  4. Enrolled: Tracks the number of successfully enrolled applications.

  5. Pipeline Summary: Features filtering options by State and Status for detailed insights.

  6. Stages/Status Chart: There are different formats available for download

Timeframe Selection

The Dashboard offers users the flexibility to view data for specific periods, enabling better planning and analysis:

  • Today: Displays metrics and tasks relevant to the current day.

  • Week: Aggregates data for the current week.

  • Month: Provides a broader view of activities and progress over the month.

Calendar and Tasks Management

  • The Dashboard includes an integrated Calendar and Tasks section.

  • Users can quickly access their scheduled events and task lists.
